Experience the basics of coffee cupping with Q Grader, Bea Belardo of Cafe Belardo and Philippine Cup Tasters 2019 runner up and Commune’s Chief Extractor of Coffee, Rosario Juan in this half-day workshop happening this May 11, 9am – 12nn.
Learn how the variables surrounding coffee — terroir, post-harvest processing, roasting, etc. — contributes to the flavor profiles of coffee and how to make use of your sense of smell and taste these nuances during cupping.
