F2F: Coffee 101 by Rosario Juan


This is an INTRODUCTORY course that will be held in Commune or Two Serendra BGC(for One and Two Serendra residents only).

There is a science to coffee that is constantly evolving and growing in knowledge. In this course, you will learn about coffee’s journey from seed to cup, the different coffee varieties and what makes each kind of coffee distinct. Expand your coffee vocabulary and understand the jargon — single origin, post-harvest processing, roast levels and grind types.
