Learn how to taste coffee like a pro! Get to know what it’s like to sample and grade different kinds of coffee before it reaches the consumer’s cup. This course will walk you through the use of the Coffee Taster’s Flavor Wheel and the Art and Aroma Perception in coffee. You will also get to prepare and simulate an actual cupping session with your peers.
