WHAT: Coffeeology by Robert Francisco
There is a science to coffee that is constantly evolving and growing in knowledge. Learn about the basics of the farm to cup process behind your favorite brew. In this course, you will learn about coffee plants, varieties, farming practices, post-harvest processing, roasting and methods in preparing and brewing coffee.
This is an INTRODUCTORY course.

Course fee:
Early bird rate (if paid on or before July 13th): P2,500/person
