The 1st Women’s PH Latte Art Throwdown is for the benefit of Manang Felisa, an organic Arabica farmer.
Felisa Damilo used to farm the only certified organic coffee farm in Benguet. Almost 2 years ago, her husband and partner, Mang Mario, had a stroke. Now with her spouse bedridden, Manang Fely is single-handedly working and managing their coffee farm which is also their only source of income. She needs to raise 100,000 pesos so that her husband can undergo treatment and physical rehabilitation so they can again work the farm together again.
