Woman, Create is back at Commune!
Woman, Create presents “HERE I AM”, theri first open mic night event themed to celebrating truth and empowerment of Women through your voices.
“HERE I AM” proclaims a declaration. Woman, rise up and speak your voice, your truth, your WHY.
This open mic night event aims to raise funds for a major creative project, 365 Wonders 2017 Creative Planner, a self-published creative planner that encourages Creative Productivity and Self-Empowerment in Everyday Life through the infusion of art and written works from almost 500 contributors all over the Philippines and through dynamic and interactive creative manual sheets. A portion of the funds to be received from this finished book will be given to savethechildren.org – International sect, to support the Syrian refugee children.
Open to both women, men and the LGBT community, so long as performances strictly remain to the theme of Women, Women Empowerment, Women Truths – struggles, successes, stories.
