How to polish your writing and work with an editor
How to pitch international publications
How to find your niche as a writer
How to incorporate standards and ethics in reporting
We will also look at the rising importance of SEO and content writing and what it means for writing as a career.

Maloy Luakian has worked as an editor and writer for over 17 years. Under her pen name, she has written for publications including the South China Morning Post and The Takeout. Her work has been nominated for Best of the Net and received an Honorable Mention from Glimmertrain. She taught writing courses to adults and kids for 8 years in Hong Kong.
