NOTES
1. You will receive a confirmation e-mail regarding your attendance, together with payment options.
2. Settle your payment within two (2) working days in order to secure your slot. Failure to pay within the given time will forfeit your slot and goodie bags to other participants.
3. Goodie bags may only be claimed on the event day itself.
4. Fees are only refundable until May 11, 2018. You may not refund your payment from May 12, 2018 onwards as we have already settled payments by that time.
5. The entrance fees contain a goodie bag, 1 snack, 1 beverage, and also raffle entries for the games during the event.
6. During the event, please remember to show your e-mail confirmation on the event upon registration.
7. Failure to attend the event will automatically forfeit your freebies and/or goodie bags to other attending participants. We will not give you your goodie bags after the event.
