Introduction To Cupping

The INTRODUCTION TO CUPPING is a half-day workshop that will be held at Commune Cafe+Bar on June 23, 2018, 9:00 AM until 12:00 PM.
The module will teach you the following areas:
* How the various processing of coffee contributes to the characteristics of coffee;
* How roasts levels differ from each other;
* Principles of sensory evaluation of smell, taste and flavor;
* Cupping procedure and its required calibration
In addition, participants will be able to cup to help them apply what they have learned from the lecture. The workshop is inclusive of snacks and coffee only. Lunch will not be included.
