A brief overview of six manual coffee making styles, including some quick tips, as a starting point to help you select your preferred method of infusion, from pour over/drip, plunger/pressed, percolate to vacuum. For home brewers, baristas, cafe managers, and owners who wants to learn more about the fundamentals of manual brewing specialty coffee. Bring your coffee gadgets if you wish.
Course fee:
-Early Bird: PHP 2,000 (if paid on or before September 2)
-Regular: PHP 2,500
